Your Body Form

Before learning symmetry and balance for your body form, celebrate your favorite body features! (If this is difficult for you, keep trying...you can do it. Be kind to yourself and you'll be amazed at your beUty!) Remember, your body is an amazing gift!

Just like your face shape, your body form is also fully developed by the age of 25. And yep, you guessed it - your body form can change from year to year as your phase of life, skin, and weight change. Consider retaking The beUty Formula quiz in the future to learn how your body form changes.

Even when you love your body form, it can be easy to feel frustrated rather than grateful for your body. And if you love your body form, you might be tempted to use it disrespectfully. So let's fix that and help you make the most of your wonderful gift!

Tip from Tami: Digits are not definitions of you! Designers randomly decide the body measurements for a size zero then add one inch to the width and one inch to the length for each successive size. There is no industry standard, so buy clothes that look good on your body form, regardless of the size on the label!

You truly are beUtoful. Do you see it yet? Learn principles of symmetry and balance for your amazing body form!
