A cool skin tone definitely looks better in white than cream. Wearing white clothing next to your skin helps brighten your face and look healthier, while wearing a cream shirt makes your 'flaws' (undereye circles, rosecea, acne, etc.) much more visible and makes you appear sickly.
If you have a cool skin tone, you'll look best in an array of clearer colors - your choice of lighter or richer shades. Stay away from the 'earthy' colors like mustard yellow, rust, and golden brown next to your skin as these will give you a more sickly appearance. Keep your best colors next to your skin, especially near your face.
- Clothes: Look your best by wearing colors such as purple, pink, blue, black, white, and grey.
- Jewelry: Enhance your skin tone by wearing silver, charcoal, and white-gold accessories and jewelry.
- Hair Color: Your skin will look best when you use cool-toned colors like blue-black, cool brunette, ash blonde, purple, or true red.
